1. CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
If you would like to cancel an order please contact us as quickly as possible at merchant1@rizirfashion. We will do our best to assist you. Unfortunately, because our order fulfilment process is designed to get the package to you as fast as possible, we cannot assure we will be able to cancel an order once it has been placed.
2. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email to the registered ID as soon as your order is shipped. The email will give you a tracking number and you can keep track of your package! It usually takes 24 hours for your tracking number to show movement.
3. WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
In some cases, merchandise is shown prior to the checkout process, in rare case scenario, out of stock item may not be evident until the order is picked from our inventory. This may result in your item getting cancelled or your order completely. However, we do our best to inform you as soon as we can if any issue of your order rises.
4. WHERE IS THERE A PRICE DIFFERENCE ON DIFFERENT PLATFORMS?
You may notice price differences on some of our products on different platforms due to the seller's commission and shipping charges.
