1. CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

We can only accept cancelling within 30 minutes after placing an order. As our dispatch process is usually the same day, we cannot accept cancellations after that.

2. HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?ο»Ώ

You will receive an email to the registered ID as soon as your order is shipped. The email will give you a tracking number and you can keep track of your package! It usually takes 24 hours for your tracking number to show movement.

3. WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?

In some cases, merchandise is shown prior to the checkout process, in rare case scenario, out of stock item may not be evident until the order is picked from our inventory. This may result in your item getting cancelled or your order completely. However, we do our best to inform you as soon as we can if any issue of your order rises.
