Refund & Exchange

Since we make our products on order, all sales are final except when the product is damaged.

You must contact us within 48 hours to be eligible for the exchange of a damaged item once your order is delivered, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. 

We make sure our product is delivered safely and securely. However, if there is any issue with the product you have received. You can mail directly to merchant1@rizirfashion.com and state the issue with images regarding the concern. Allow us 24-48 hours to get back to you with a prompt reply. 


The exchange will be of the same product and colour. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Note: If you want to exchange products you have to pay shipping charges for both sides as per our shipping service provider.
